Each Spring the Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge (HBA) hosts a Parade of Homes over the course of two weekends. The Parade showcases dozens of new homes and developments in the area with the hope of connecting all those in the real estate community – buyers and agents alike.

This year was nothing short of a success and was, in fact, the largest parade hosted in its 30+ year history. The parade was extended for a 10-week period due to COVID-19. To safely highlight the homes and builders, it was hosted both in-person and virtually. There were 71 homes, 41 home builders, including Craft Homes, and 24 vendors featured. The Parade was attended by over 4,000 registrants and over 16,000 virtual guests. Featured homes were located throughout East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension and Livingston parishes.

The parade is an opportunity to showcase innovative new construction and design ideas. Whether you are in the market to buy or not, it is an event that will inspire you and connect you with some of the top leaders in the home building industry.

HBA pulled off the semi-virtual parade by having a 3D virtual tour recorded of EACH of the 71 homes. All of which you can view on the Parade of Homes website. Registration is free.

Craft Homes featured our 120 Valhalla Blvd home – which recently found its new family!

Fifteen beautiful homes were sold during the parade and 18 of the home builders were featured in Business Report’s Top EBR Homebuilders, including Craft! All of this was made possible by sponsors like Ferguson, ProSource and many more.

Next year’s parade will be hosted on the weekend of April 17th & 18th and the weekend of April 24th & 25th.

Until next year!
